Peach Delight Smoothie

Commercially farmed stone fruit, such as peaches and plums, can be high in toxins, so make sure to use organic fruit for this simple summery shake.

In a blender, combine the soy milk and shake mix. Blend slightly. Add the peach chunks and blend completely to desired consistency.
