  • 1 package (5 ounces) mixed baby spring greens
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Place greens in a large bowl and top with avocado, cucumber, pepper, carrots, tomatoes, and cheese, if desired.
