    • Bioavailable form of CoEnzyme Q10
    • Slows aging process
    • Enhance cellular energy
    • Essential for statin users

Your body produces Coenzyme Q10 at the cellular level to supply your daily energy needs and its natural presence is fundamental to life.1,2 As you grow older, fight disease or undergo other physical changes, your body's own level of natural CoQ10 drops. Supplementation helps the body meet its vital energy needs and continue to function properly.

But coenzyme Q10 is a difficult nutrient to absorb. Most supplemental CoQ10 comes in the form of ubiquinone, which is not biologically active in the body and must be converted to ubiquinol. Due to oxidative stress and the aging process, the natural conversion of ubiquinone to ubiquinol is seriously reduced. Taking preformed ubiquinol solves this problem.

Ubiquinol is the activated form of coenzyme Q10 and is much easier for your body to process. Research indicates that ubiquinol is up to 8 times as bioavailable as ubiquinone and remains in the system longer. Studies have shown ubiquinol to be much more effective than ubiquinone at slowing aging in mice and reducing exercise-induced fatigue.3,4,5

Statin drugs can reduce plasma CoQ10 by as much as 40%.1,6 At the same time, aging reduces the levels in the heart muscle wall by over 70%.7 Supplementing with CoQ10 or its more bioavailable form, ubiquinol, is a good way to help maintain your healthy heart and maintain normal blood levels of the enzyme.
